Yesterday I renewed my suscription to Norton Utilities Ultimate (which was deactivated because my credit card number was changed),
I already paid twice the USD 39.99 por the renewal, and I already see the application is not available in my account.
I tried to download it and activate it after, but this is also not passible.
I have now two order confirmations and two activation codes but none of them works (and what is worse, I paid twice for the same product).
I checked with my bank and the debit in my card already appears. All the process (renewal, bank, card is within the USA)
