Paragon Backup conflict?

I use Paragon Backup & Recovery to do regular backups on my computer. Lately, it has been crashing every time it tries to run. (It's scheduled to start at 1 AM, and I find the computer unresponsive in the morning, requiring me to turn it off and on again.) Paragon thinks this might be caused by my anti-virus or security software (Norton 360). Has this been reported before? How do I fix it?
