Parent app issues - Samsung S21FE

I have purchased a Samsung S21FE and now my parental app is playing up.
I have reinstalled it a few times and checked that I have allowed all permissions/notifications.

I no longer get push alerts and when I open the app it often doesn't load up. I just have a white screen.
If it does load it takes a few minutes to update new requests or alerts that have been sent through
