Issue abstract:
I installed Parental control on my sons iphone
Detailed description:
Once i had put parental controls on my sons IPhone 14 , set the time limits, but whilst he was in his allowed usage time slots, his Whatsapp, Youtube, internet did not work, I turn off all controls and it still didnt allow him to use these apps,

I had to uninstall the app cpmpletely for him to regain acces to be able to message me.

All I want to do is restrict the time for Internet, Hotspots etc past 10pm until 8am, to stop him using it to play on his consol and also tostop him watching videos after his bed time.

Please any help or step by step guide would be much appreciated, dont want to have to buy a seperate app to do this.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Ideally on the allowed usage hours, the restrictions should be lifted and the child device could be used normally. We are analysing the issue in our backend, meanwhile can you try syncing the house rules from Child app by referring to View or refresh house rules for iOS help document.

Also, you can refer to Configure Norton Family house rules for time supervision help document for setting the time limits for your children to use their device, using Time Supervision feature.
