When I sign in to Norton 360 in my FireFox browser there is no area showing to enter the password. I have to enter my username and hit the tab until the line under username turns blue then enter my password----but it still does not show the password area whether or not I enter it. I have a screenshot but can't screenshot the blue line because it is removed each time I try to screenshot it.
I've tried that and still, the password area will not show. I just type in the password anyway blindly, but there's have to be a reason it is not showing. It's not too much of a problem except when I use my mobile device. It's hard to get to the password area without seeing it. I have to try several times. I did a recording of it, so you can clearly see the issue, but the forum doesn't allow the file type (.mp4)
Tick the reCAPTCHA "I'm not a robot" box first, then click "Continue." When they introduced reCAPTCHA recently, you needed to enter your password first, but then after promising that you are not a robot, it would make you re-enter the password again. That has been fixed.
