and browser built-in password manager is disabled?
and you tried clearing browser cache n’ cookies?
and you tried Sign Out → Norton Password Manager → cycle browser → Sign In NPM?
and you tried Sign Out → all Norton → cycle browser → Sign In NPM?
and you tried remove Norton Password Manager extension → reinstall NPM extension?
and you tried Sign In (upper right) here to confirm you can access your vault?
and you tried disabling other browser extensions?
and you tried new default browser profile with only Norton Password Manager?
