Hello @howard_lowman
are you trying to access site on Windows machine or on mobile device?

Please share website domain name/address (spaces with address to break link)

Norton Password Manager extension is standalone…meaning, reinstalling Norton 360 should/will not change Norton Password Manager behavior.

Maybe, this website will need copy/paste credentials. What I’ve done, as needed, is copy/paste login credentials from password manager to Notepad. Turn off Norton Password Manager to clear icon from login fields.

Maybe, changing page zoom will shift Norton Password Manager icon.

I have long stopped using Norton’s password keeper. I use 1password and of course Apple’s password thing. I also know that Firefox and Safari have theirs. They have a level of security, I use biometrics to get in, my finger. I assume that the anti-virus protection, protects my passwords. my recommendation is that if the password manager gives you bupkis, get rid of it. and get something else.
