After installing Norton Password Manager extension on my Google Chrome & downloading the zip file on my computer, I extracted the files as instructed. Once I clicked on the application file & found the proper file on my desktop & attempted to upload it to the password manager I receive an error message uploading the “json” file.
Does anyone know how to fix this error?
