Password Manager - Opening Vault - Mobile App based Approval is not working in Android Phone

I am using Norton Password Manager. I have configured my Android based mobile for providing Approval to open vault (instead of entering password every time I open the vault).

When I try to open vault from my Windows 10 based browser (Edge \ Mozilla \ Brave \ Chrome) plug-in, I am getting request on my Samsung Note 9 mobile. However, after I approve the request in my phone, nothing happens in my Win10 browser (Vault does not open). And it times out after sometime.

I tried many times and ending up using password everytime.

Please resolve this ASAP.

it is a bug norton nows aboute it ther is a patch when it works

i got it to work downloading norton clean and see if all from norton is ok in administrer apps
