Password Manager uninstalls itself. I am unable to set it up

Issue abstract: After working well for the past year, suddenly PWM was not working. When I looked, the menu said set up next to it. Now unable to set it up.

Detailed description: Password manager is not set up on my PC. It was set up and working well. It communicated with my iPhone so I could unlock the program. But, overnight a few days ago, it reverted to Set Up status. When I click on the button to set it up, nothing happens.

Product & version number: Norton 360 with LifeLock Advantage. (I cannot find the version number).

OS details: Windows 11

Can you find Norton Password Manager with your browser extensions?
What browser? browser version#?

It looks like the program is using Norton Private Browser. The version is 127.0.26097.121
