I Recently upgraded to NIS 13 from NIS 2010 after about 6 week trial. Immediately after, I received an error message (don't remember what it said, just followed the instructions until it gave me a "Fixed!" message). It required me to uninstall/re-install. Since that time, password vault is not working properly, in fact, it is causing any webpage that requires a password to either freeze entirely, or run so slowly that it takes two minutes for it to respond to mouse clicks. I have turned off Indentity Safe entirely for now, but would appreciate a fix if one is available.
