I have signed into my Password Manager and all my accounts/paswords have disappeared. Can anyone help please

“signed into” where? Windows Norton Password Manager browser extension? what browser? what OS?

I have Norton Password Manager through my subscription with BT. I use Moicrosoft Edge.
