I paid my Norton 360 annual payment of €134.99 on 21st May 2025 (3G66432DPRX8). Now the Norton scammers are trying to make me pay again in 7 days time.
OK, I have to pay Ultimate but I am not paying 360 a second time so Norton can be forced to reluctantly return my money a few weeks later.
Why is there no place I can contact Norton over this? All they care about is paying.

I went by a slightly different route but thanks for your help.
Ahh thanks for the post back. So did you get your issue resolved with support? Just following up.

It is still on my control panel but not on billing, so who knows?
I am English but live in Spain. All messages from Norton come in SPANISH. Three times yesterday, on CHAT, I tried to get “messages” changed to English, and failed. The guys in India looked at my control panel, language is English, so problem is solved. Four messages in Spanish this morning, so another try on CHAT, and two people hung up on me.
I gave Norton a deservedly one star review on Trustpilot. I have had Norton for 25 years and relying on bots and poorly paid staff just ain’t working.
Despite admitting I paid my annual Norton 360 fee on 20th May, CHAT (93252787) yesterday, Norton is still demanding I pay again.
I fear the idiots will cancel my Norton when I do not pay yet again. I have told my bank not to pay them again.
I think Norton may deserve yet another one star review on Trust Pilot, as they sink ever lower.
Darn!! I hope someone Norton does get involved, this needs corrected and not through support. FWIW, support is where I am supposed to send customers with this sort of issue. Tagging an Admin or flagging for escalation is getting me in hot water for some reason. Hoping support can fix the issue for you and soon. Please let us know what your results are if you continue with support.

It took a bad review on TRUSTPILOT for Norton to finally sort things out and admit I owe them nothing, and to send me emails in English. Like the fast failing Quora, they have dumped almost all their employees and use bots, which are dumb as rocks. In your own case, they do not realise you are helping them and just see you as giving them more problems.
