I got an email about this option a few days ago.  The link in the email takes me to Dark Web Monitoring.  That doesn't have a option to payday loan monitoring or locks.
Help tells me to "To change your Payday Loan Lock setting, sign in to your account and click the Identity Lock tab. On the Payday Loan Lock section, move the toggle button to its lock or unlock position."  I don't have a "Identity Lock tab".  I have the top tier lifelock plan from pre-merger.  Where is this identity lock tab?
After I log on I see:  Device Security, Dark Web Monitoring, etc.  Nothing says "Identity Lock tab".

Contacting Norton support now.  I think my account isn't set up correctly post merger.  I am missing the  ID Theft Protection that she has.
