Performance Alert for rundll32.exe

I experience from time to time a performance alert with NIS 2014 v 21.1.0.18. Have win 8.1 64 installed. Can't see anything out of ordinary from event viewer regarding this. Alert states have at least one CPU 100 %. Strange when looking at resource monitor there is not any CPU 100 % activity in recent history on the CPU?! What could cause this? The rundll32.exe is located in c/windows/system32 folder.
