Should I be concern about a standard user in Windows 7 64-bit having the above performance alert?  The performance alert in history says User Idle.  Also, Norton Tamper Protection was off at the time of this alert.  I do have Norton Tamper Protection back on now.  My concern with the alert is the 1,217 MB disk write activity.  Any suggestions?

I have checked Event Viewer and nothing there seems to explain the alert.  Also, automatic updates for Windows 7 is off.
