Performance Alerts

Running NSwB 22.1.0.9 on Win7 Ultimate x64 with 128Gb SSD, 16GB Ram, I7-3930K

I have had NSwB installed since it first came out with NO problems whatsoever.
Just within the last week to week 1/2 I have been getting performance alerts
for "High Disk Usage" for programs that should NOT be causing this issue,
programs I have never seen in a performance alert, EVER, even on past versions
of NIS.   In Settings, Performance Alerting was enabled, and "Resource Threshold"
set to Medium, and the "High usage alert" for disks is turned on.  I tried
bumping the "Resource Threshold" to High but I am still receiving the alerts. I
have never adjusted these setting in the current or previous version of NS/NIS,
in fact, I don't really know what the defaults were in previous versions,     the
"Disk" alert could have been turned off for all I know.  The "Disk Read Activity"
for the various programs vary from 138Mb for Paperport, Quicken 55Mb, Windows
Media Player?? 45Mb (I was just playing an MP3), just to name a few.     I wouldn't
even know if these results are accurate since I have NEVER seen these alerts before.

As far as I know, nothing has changed on my system to create this situation.
Something is a little screwed up here.  Has anyone else experienced this change
of behaviour?
