Persistent Notice about Completing Registration

I keep getting a rather frequent pop-up notice that my registration is incomplete, even though I'm using  the app and have checked all the boxes I wish (or am able) and everything works. I have accessed my account which tells me I am up to date. I have a mid 2011 iMac, maxed out and running OS 10.13.6, no cellular phone and my understanding is the "Cloud Storage" is for Wintel only and I already have a 2 terabyte backup hard drive and Apple Cloud Storage. What gives?
