Personal information detected on the dark web

I have just registered my Norton 360 Deluxe on my 3 devices and all is going well.

Windows 10

 

I received my first notification of Dark Web Activity associated with my personal information..

I click the link in the e-mail and hit the 'review this activity' button.

Then you scroll down to 'Historical Dark Web Notification' and press this button

Then a red box appears across the page for 3 or 4 seconds then it disappears and i am left looking at a blank page.

I catch a word each time, before it goes blank.

Any advise would be gratefully appreciated as I am eager to see the results

Like a bull in a China shop, I kept trying and eventually it did show the pages without any intervention.

I do actually have an ad blocker and what you advised makes sense, but somehow it worked itself out.

I will bear that in mind as i have an ad blcker on all my browsers. If I get the same problem, I know what to do

Does the link in the email open a web page? Do you have an ad blocker installed in your browser? If so, try disabling the ad blocker for that web page and refresh the page. I have had to disable my ad blocker for many Norton web pages to get full functionality.
