I’m extremely annoyed. within days of switching all my devices over to Norton, my phone was hacked quickly followed by my google wallet and my bank accounts.
Norton states that my phone was totally clean.
I reinstalled the previous virus protection, and it spotted 2 trojans.
So since there doesn’t seem to be anywhere i can directly contact Norton to complain or ask for a refund, I’m puting this complaint on the forum in hope that someone from norton might respond.
are you US?
