Pin block popup keep showing on android device

Hi

After a block that I removed from PC and mobile using the pin I keep having the popup on mobile (android device).

The popup goes away just pressing the "central button" but after a while reappears. Using the pin again on mobile device does not solve the problem.

Is there a way to remove the popup if the block is not active? The use of mobile in this condition is very difficult.

We are investigating this issue.

From the backend analysis, we don't see any issues on the device's permission.
