Hello, I am really hoping someone can help me, I have a client who has two NAS Drives both of which have been configured in exactly the same way they are the same model have the same firm ware, the only difference is the space on the drive.
Here's the issue, I can access one from the web and iphone but not the other. I have opened port 9000 for one and gone through 9001/2/3/4/5 for the other but they are not opening I have also tried open DMZ. And nothing has worked. I saw on a search that adding a rule to open the port via Norton settings should do it but nothing has changed. I know its not the drives issue as I have changed the port drive for it to run via 9000 and that was fine. Am I missing something on the setting up of the 360 rule or am I completely off mark by thinking it is 360 being the issue? Its not a program I am familiar with but the principals seem the same as most other firewalls.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
