Please fix how Norton360 File Insight diagnoses problem files - or give more control over deletion

Okay - apparently there is not a way to eMail Norton anymore and I got tired of waiting for the text box to let Norton know that I am extremely disappointed by their product - which is a shame because I am a LONG time user of their products. They used to work great, which is why I stayed a loyal customer, but not so much any more. I want Norton to know that I am extremely disappointed and expect that changes might be made because I am seriously considering dropping my Norton service and seeking service with one of their competitors - I am making inquiries into other options already.

I am a user of Microsoft Flight Simulator X: Steam Edition, and I use many 3rd party programs on my computer for this game. Whenever a developer comes up with an update or a hotfix, it is flagged as a problem file and is instantly deleted because it could possibly be a suspicious file. Interesting because these files are used throughout our community and the developers are VERY popular and VERY trusted. But the problems don't stop there, because once I force installation, I need to go through all the executable files inside the program and manually trust them in order to keep the program running - each and every time I update these programs. If I don't manually trust them, they are deleted by Norton360 (again, without prompting), which stops me from using the program entirely until I force Norton360 to allow me to install the program again, find the files, and manually trust them.

This has not been a problem until recently and I can't believe that Norton is causing me such a problem now and I am at the end of my rope. Once again, these are trusted developers in our community - maybe a little bit more research my Norton File Insight would yield a little bit more insight into your customers.

Please fix this. I would love to continue to use Norton, because I have used it for years and just now had a problem. I would hate to have to research and find a competitor that can provide the services I need without the hassle to my time, because once I switch I very rarely change back (and I can be very vocal to others not to even bother with software companies I have trouble with).

I am using Windows 7.

-I'll be waiting for a return email.
