Hi, I have Ghost 12.0 but I can't figure how to create a boot floppy if it's even possable, I tried twice to install this, both times failed (had a previous post with no response), I could do a repair ok but this misses the Run LiveUpdate and Launch Easy Setup stages.
I then run Help - Run LiveUpdate and get the following screen:
As you can see Ghost is not even displayed, I even tried to create a recovery disk and get this screen:
What do I do here? The small yellow manual says nothing about this, please help.
Frustrated Reece.
What is your operating system? If it is Vista then Ghost 12 will not install; you'd need Ghost 14. It looks like you still use Norton Utilities 2002?
When it says "browse", place a blank CD in your CD tray and browse to that location. That should then allow you to push NEXT. Remember you are creating a recovery disk not locating one.....
this article might help too...

Hi, thanks for responding, I use XP pro, however the Ghost 12.0 CD does say:
Windows Vista
Windows XP
I tried what you said with just a blank & it worked ok, do you know how I can update 12.0 since it doesn't even list it in LiveUpdate Express?
Is there another way I can get the update, I searched in downloads but nothing?
The link you provided only makes references to older (up to 7.5) versions only, seems that this version is not supported.
Cheers,
Reece.
As I recall there aren't a lot of program updates for Ghost 12. Here is a much better link with some good answers concerning Ghost 12..

Well I found that the "System Recovery Disk" is the drive that has Ghost 12 on it, I continue and ofcource it errors:
So I remove the Ghost CD & place a blank in, it goes so far then freezes here:
I waited for 10minutes then rebooted.
Is this ever so frustrating, oh to get back the reliable & simple boot floppy method!
What do I do!!
