Please reset my Identity Safe (online vault) !

I can not login or change my password to my online vault. Can someone please reset the password/delete the current identity safe so I can setup a new one ?

 

When I try to login with my current password I get  "Internal server error. Please try again later"

If I input the a wrong password I get "Wrong password" message. If I input the password wrongly for 10 times I get "For security reasons, the sign-in screen has closed after too many failed sign-in attempts."  I do not get any "reset password" option or delete identity safe/vault ...
