Please verify your email address

Under the invite link within Zone I am required to verify my email. In turn the zone sends an email to me where I need to verify the address. In doing so once I have received the email I try to verify my address.

The email, XXXX@XX.ca cannot be verified because it's not associated with the Norton account for XXXX@XX.ca

To verify the email, XXXX@XX.ca, please:

 

•           Sign out of Nortonzone.com

•           Click on the link in the "verify your address" email sent to XXXX@XX.ca

•           Sign into Nortonzone.com with the account where you're adding the email

 

 

How can my address not be associated with my zone account if I was logged in to my account where I requested this email to be sent?

 

Is there something wrong with my account or maybe the system?
