What kind of service is Symantec offering these days? Received a subscription reminder today that is for Norton 360 1 year at NZ$159.99 . Surely Norton must be joking as that is greater than buying a new antivirus from them or some other antivirus supplier. Tried to contact the local office by phone. Informed 5 minute waiting cue. After 14 minutes hung up and tried "Chat" to resolve the issue. Chat came back waiting time of 59 minutes so hung up as going by above would mean at least 2 hours wait. Phone answer service didn't even offer a call back option. Too scared to deal with possible irate customers?
Are Symantec making so much money now that they don't want customers? Overcharging and poor waiting times on contacts will guarantee they loose customers very quickly. Hopefully this is monitored and someone who can do something can actually get back to me.
