Poor customer service

Just completed spending an hour on my computer and trying to chat as well as trying to call customer service due a problem upgrading to Ultimate. Finally figured a way thru chat after multiple questions virtually to cancel my upgrade and get refunded. Worst time Ive had with ANY company trying to reach a person on the phone. Norton constantly bugs me with popups trying to get me to upgrade. I wont renew end of year and will try McAffree instead. Ive been with Norton for 24+ years I think, but this was terrible. They did stop my renewal but it took me wayyyyyy to long to solution.
