Poor Norton Support

Like everything else today, the pay for support is of no value. After wasting hours trying to get support I finally was able to agree to pay for a remote session. The Technician informed me my system was to old which is why it was slow. I built two identical computers. Both are older AMD 4Ghz 8 Core CPU’s. Both have the same updates and version of Win10 and other updates. One still runs as expected. One hardly functions. So the one which has the same CPU, MB, RAM HDD, Graphics continues to function. The other is an issue. I paid Norton $20 to be informed my system is to old to work with the latest updates. Money Well Spent!
