Hi there, I’d like to disable the aggressive pop-up ads for renewal offers, but unfortunately, I no longer have administrative permissions in my account to turn off the constant, daily notifications that appear on every computer (at least 4 weeks before expiration). I use Chrome, have Windows 11, and use Norton 360. There’s no way to turn off these notifications. Why don’t I have administrative permissions to opt out of these notifications? I’m on the verge of uninstalling Norton and buying a different, less aggressive program.
@Sascha1 When you said “I no longer have administrative permissions in my account to turn off the constant, daily notifications that appear on every computer” are you referring to being able to change settings within Norton on the machine you are on at that time? My question is are you logging into the machine(s) under a user account that has administrative permissions?
