Pop Up from Norton Safe Web

I am regularly getting a pop up on my computer with the following msg -  Thank you for using Norton Safe Web usage and error  data unanimously with Norton.............

I am unable to stop this and it is very irritating as it is popping regularly with some minutes gap

What to do and how to stop this

fwiw ~ I've had Share data toggle off for a few hours.  No popup.

Norton wants your Norton Safe Web usage and error data anonymously. 
Either share your Norton Safe Web data or disable/remove Norton Safe Web extension. 
Norton nags you to install Norton Safe Web and then nags you to share. 
Try remove/reinstall Norton Safe Web extension with No, thanks. 
And if popup persists try remove/reinstall with OK.  
Or, disable/remove Norton Safe Web extension. 
And if you remove. You'll likely get nagged to install. 
Go figure why free is not really free.
