I just had to reload my entire operating system and all my files and folders. Now, everytime I open Internet Explorer, I receive this pop-up bar across the top asking me: Would you like Identity Safe to disable the default password manager? Then I can either click on Yes or No or bypass the question entirely. I am ignorant about this. I don't know if it's asking about the Identity Safe password manager or the IE password manager, because the question, to me, is not specific.
If it's asking about the Norton Identity Safe password manager, then I should answer No, because I do not want it disabled.
If the question is asking about IE or any other password manager than Identity Safe, then I should answer Yes, because the only password manager I care about keeping is Identity safe.
Can someone clarify for me what this pop-up question is about so that I can finally answer it? I can't find the answer, and I've looked. Thank you.
Peggy
