Ok so what your saying is you have a problem with Firefox blocking pop ups in Runescape. You do not have a Norton problem. You keep contradicting yourself. You say Firefox blocks pop ups then you say it doesn’t. If you want to allow a web page to give you pop ups you need to right click on the pop up blocker in Firefox and clock "allow pop ups from this site. You can also go under the Toos\Options\Content and ad exclusions to there. It may also be that your Firefox is corrupt. Download and install Revo uninstaller and use it in Advanced mode to completely uninstall Firefox. Reboot and check for left over files. Reinstall Firefox. In order so you do not loose your bookmarks be sure to back them up.

Exactly and I think it may be spyware or viruses that Norton may not be detecting that may be causing Firefox to detect these pop ups and block them.
Do you get to play the game you want?
Yes, I can play the game, but I cannot do so in thought that there may something on my computer (spyware or viruses) in result of having my account stolen.

Hmmm... Have you ever had this Problem before?
No, I have never had this problem before.
Please check in you History the following:
- System Activity Monitoring...
- Norton Product Tamper Protection...
...to see if there is any un-usual activity; please Post them here.
OKay, I’ve found them but how may I copy them here?
Firefox ia suppose to block pop ups. NIS 2009 does not have a pop up blocker so its not NIS causing your problem. When the web page that is suppose to give you a pop up and Firefox blocks it then there should be a little square blue/red box in the web page telling you that Firefox blocked a pop up on this page. Once again Norton Internet Security 2009 does not block ads or pop ups.Only post them if they state something about your problem.
Please Send me the Results via P.M. and, if any of symantec Employees wants them, I will be happy to pass them on to you.
Remember: It is only things which look un-usual. If you have anything in the System Activity Mointoring recently, then please Send me those; again, Tamper Protection, if you have anything which looks un-usual recently.

- You will have to type them manually.
- Send me a Screen Shot; never done this before so cannot tell you how to do it.
Okay, sent
