my Norton popup keeps turning off my laptop is there some way I can fix this

But where to move it depends on which version of Norton Security you are using but I'll assume it's one of the current Norton Security products and not one of the older NAV/NIS/N360 series.
So would you confirm that please. Here's my boilerplate on what will be helpful:
To get you the best advice, would you give us some more information about your system:
What version of Windows are you using including Service Packs and whether 32 bit or 64 bit. If it's Windows 10 please confirm that it has been fully updated to what is often referred to as Creators Update Build 1703 15063. You can see details of your Windows in Windows 8 or 10 if you type winver in the search box of Cortana and follow the link.
Also the Name and Version ID of the Norton product that you are using -- Help or Support / About is where that is, in the format of nn.nn.nn.nnn where n is a number.
If you have the COMCAST version of Norton 360 / Security Suite and not the normal retail version please be sure to tell us.
Please also say what internet browser you are using -- name and version number ...
If you get any error messages please give the exact wording of them as well as any other background that could be helpful. And finally (for now) tell us what you are doing on the laptop when the popup occurs.
Laptops are sometimes a bit different in behavior to desktop PCs so please tell us the Make and model ID that will enable us to look it up if necessary.
Sounds like a lot but we can't see or touch your computer!
