Popups when clicking on website using Internet Explorer

I am experiencing random popups when browsing with internet explorer 8.  I am on espn.com, and click on a link for the league scoreboard on my fantasy league, and randomly get some of the following popups:

which redirects to:

http://yellowpages.lycos.com/search?what=Moving&local=1&src=YBLYC10&utm_source=YBLYC10&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=Moving&utm_campaign=YBLYC10

 

 

I have Norton Internet Security, version 17.8.0.5, and have the latest Updates installed.  I ran a full system scan and it didn't detect any viruses.  Any ideas why this is happening?  It just started a couple of days ago.
