I am not 100% sure if this is allowed but... I guess this is where, if permissible, people can post their own ideas on how the Norton Toolbar can be improved. Sorry if something like this exists somewhere else/is not allowed.
In fact, I'm not going to post my ideas until I'm sure that this, posting possible improvement ideas, is allowed.
