When I try to renew my subscription, I am taken to the Billing Information Page. When I enter the Postal Code (Zip Code) for my location in Sri Lanka it is rejected. Please help !! I have just 14 days left.
You are most welcome. If you have a solution please mark the post with the suggestion that gave you the solution, as the solution. Others may then be able to see the solution in the event they have a similar issue. Have an awesome day and weekend.

Success at last !!!
Renewed my subscription for another year by following your instructions to the letter
Thanks a million, SoulAsylum.
Hello Kay. Follow this link, fill in the required information and start a chat session with the support representative. They will ask for information to verify your identify. Then work with you to correct the subscription renewal. Ask THEM to manually process your renewal for you. Let us know how things go.
Cheers
Hi peterweb. "Why not just contact Support and have them process the purchase for you ?"
Can you please elaborate a little as to how exactly how I should set about getting this done ?
I usually click the Renew button after logging into my Norton Account.
Choose the version I require
I provide my Credit Card details and click Process
The software is downloaded and installed automatically
My subscription is updated.
Is there an alternative method of performing this operation ?
I must admit that at the age of nearly 70 years, I am somewhat of an 'IT-idiot'
Thanks for taking the trouble to respond to my question.
Hi SoulAsylum. Thanks for the link. I did try the code relevant to the area of my residence, but no luck. I still get the message 'Zip Code not valid'.
Indeed you'd think support SHOULD have offered to do that with her last call.
Why not just contact Support and have them process the purchase for you?
Hello again Kay. Give the codes in this list a go if you have not already. There are several districts listed. See if one of them clears your issue. Let us know how things worked out.
Cheers
Thanks, SoulAsylum.
I tried discussing my problem with 'Support', but all they could suggest is that either I try to obtain my Postal Code through Google or I try entering the digits '12345'
I tried both suggestions and both failed.
It appears that the problem is beyond the knowledge & skills of the Customer Relations Officers at 'Support'.
Which is why I thought I would seek the help of the members of this Forum.
Looks like I will have to start looking for a replacement for my Norton Antivirus in the next few days
Hello Kay. Give support a chat, I'm sure they can correct the issue for you.
Cheers
