Posting New Message in forums

I am trying to post a comment, start a new topic in community forums but I cannot figure out how toWhere is the New Message link in the commumnity forums page ?

Hi hollyavh,

 

Make sure you are logged into the forums; then access the appropriate board (for example Norton Internet Security / Norton AntiVirus); you will see an orange "New Message" button (see image below). Click on it, and you are ready to start posting your own message :-)

thanks, eventually I did find a way.  I appreciate your help and your prompt reply and for not making me feel stupid like the techs do in Microsoft forums. They must really hate us consumers  -or their job.

I agree and not just about Microsoft newsgroups but newsgroups in general -- the attitudes I see there, including "Start your own thread, stupid" and comments like that.
