ArtemAB Knowing your operating system, browser you are using, and maybe the version of Norton installed would help. Your Norton version can be found by opening the Norton icon in the lower right system tray. Looking to the top right click the word "Help" then under General Information click "About". Your version should read 22.10.0.85
