Previous answers didn't work - Blank white screen on login

Hi,  I have a computer that I'm trying to renew a subscription on. I've already purchased the renewal and updated one of the three machines.

I am trying to update an XP machine. The subscription has been expired for over 110 days. When I try to log into my norton account, there are times when it will briefly flash my regular account screen, then approx 3 seconds in, it pushes an error message which states "server is not able to process your request. if this continues contact support" (or something to that effect.  The error message appears below the standard navigation bar, that shows purchases, etc.

When I exit out and try to log back in I am then given a blank white screen. Tried this on different, completely current, browsers.

Any suggestions?

Hi dgore

Do you have a renewal key or a new product key?

What happens if you log into your Norton account from another computer?

On the computer you have renewed Norton on, had the subscription expired?

Unfortunately do not have another computer to try.  Will try tomorrow at work and see if I am presented with the same problem.  Will update then.  Thanks for quick response!

What happens when you click here:

https://www.mynortonaccount.com/amsweb/default.do

I get that screen fine. Click on "Sign In"...go to next screen fine.  Enter user name & password......then the problems start. It's obviously trying to get me there....no password/user/login error.

I can get the key from logging in elsewhere (pretty sure - haven't tried as of yet). But it's kinda crazy to have to do that.

Hi dgore

Try live chat on the keyboard it’s free, with a Norton representative on the link below.  Vary the times of day you try, as it’s difficult to know when they are busy.

The Norton represenative may ask you to allow a remote access connection.
