Trying to “Take Action” and remove accounts in the Privacy Monitor Assistant Online Cleaner. When I “Request Data and Account Removal” I get, “Error Preforming Action. Try Again Later” error message every time I try. What’s up with that?

Caveat: I’m not familiar with Norton Privacy Monitor/Privacy Monitor Assistant
Opt out request to remove your personal data from data broker sites using Privacy Monitor Assistant here
I have Subscription for Privacy Monitor. Once in Privacy Monitor it turns into Privacy Monitor Assistant with 2 Tabs, Data Brokers and Online Account Cleaner. In Data Brokers tab I requested that Norton have Brokers remove my info, that worked fine. Online Account Cleaner tab is where I am getting the “Error Preforming Action. Try Again Later” error. There it shows accounts with “stored info” and “breached” warnings. Account examples are ebay, Reddit, SafeOpt etc. Click on a account button and there is a “Request Data and Account Removal” option. After clicking that is when error comes up.
Okay…Sorry, I’m not familiar with Norton Privacy Monitor/Privacy Monitor Assistant
-
Norton Privacy Monitor:
This is a standard feature in select Norton 360 and LifeLock plans. It scans popular data broker websites for your personal information and provides you with a list of where it’s found. You can then review the results and decide whether to opt-out. -
Norton Privacy Monitor Assistant:
This is an add-on service available with select Norton 360 and LifeLock plans, or as a standalone product. It builds upon Privacy Monitor by automatically submitting opt-out requests on your behalf to data brokers where your information is found. -
Active vs. Passive: Privacy Monitor alerts you, while Privacy Monitor Assistant actively takes action to remove your data.
-
Cost: Privacy Monitor is included in certain Norton plans, while Privacy Monitor Assistant is an additional, paid service.
-
Effort: With Privacy Monitor, you need to manually request opt-outs, while Privacy Monitor Assistant handles this for you.
