Highest amount ever paid for a renewal. Clicking on percentage off via email forced me to re-do password, and did not get any discount. It was stuck on 1 very high price.
Has Privacy Monitor Assistant for ending of subscription, basically for a few weeks… but cannot remove it, tried for 1 hour. I am in IT, Norton web site stuck on renew and renew at this high price. Cannot remove the add-on and hopefully would have reduced the renewal amount. Need help removing this add-on and hopefully seeing a refund. If this “new” subscription amount stays will be switching to another AV service after decades of using Norton.
