Privacy Monitor Assistant vs Optery

My Norton Privacy Monitor says “JACKR, your info is for sale by 0 data broker websites.” but Optery is showing my information on 241 data brokers and search engine results. Why the discrepancy? I’m guessing that “for sale” is probably how you differentiate these results, but I’m wondering if it’s a distinction without a difference? Optery offers 3 paid plans which remove personal data from 91, 249, and 616 sites for $3.99, $14.99, and $24.99 per month, respectively. How does upgrading Norton to Privacy Monitor Assistant at $109.99/year compare to the Optery plans?

I cannot help to compare Norton’s plans to Optery but I can add I would never pay for such a service.

As soon as the data is removed from one site it can popup on another new site owned by the same company under a new company and website name. Talk about shooting fish in a barrel…
