I just looked at my iPhone and I see the same thing on the Identity section of the main 360 interface. I checked at status.norton.com and see no issues reported.
I would suggest it is still some kind of server issue. I’ll check again later today to see if it resolves itself.
I am having the exact same problem in setting up Privacy Monitor on iPhone. It just spins and spins but never moves on to another screen. I have booted, rebooted, and restarted my server. It just spins.
I have had the same issue every time I have tried to use Privacy Monitor Setup for the past 3 months. I have updated iOS and Norton 360 app, and have rebooted my iPad. How can I resolve this?
Of possible relevance, I also note that when I try to use Privacy Monitor Assistant on my PC, it says I have to buy it. Doesn’t it come with Norton360 with Lifelock Family plan? I can’t find where to activate it in my account page if so, even though my wife’s was activated when she signed up for her family member account.
The Privacy Monitor is included with your 360 subscription. But the Privacy Monitor Assistant is a separate service that takes the information from Privacy Monitor and helps you get your information removed from sites that have stored it. Privacy Monitor Assistant: Take charge of your personal info
