After completing the Create Email Mask sequence, it says I can create 0 masks and then displays a “Something went wrong. Please try again” message. AntiTrack never sends me a verify code, nor prompts me to enter one.
One issue might be that I am not the account holder - I use a licence owned by my brother. All other Norton tools that I use (360, Utilities Ultimate and Driver Updater) are working fine.
I cannot tell what the AntiTrack version number is, however I am running Win10.

Using the “Set up Private Email in Norton AntiTrack” web page instructions, it says
“On the Norton AntiTrack screen, click Set up Email Protection. Then
On the Protect and Control your Email Privacy screen, click Get Started”. BUT I NEVER SEE THIS SCREEN, INSTEAD I SEE Create your First Mask screen which then fails.
Yes AntiTrack extensions are installed. I have now uninstalled/reinstalled AntiTrack and the extensions, and this has now resulted in the expected setup screen sequence being displayed, which is good, BUT it never asked me to verify my email address and failed again at the end of the process.
Hi, during Private Email setup I only catch a 1 second glimpse of the white screen displaying Dashboard & Settings down the LHS, before it displays a new screen which asks me to set up my email mask which then fails to create.
I spent 1 hour on a Norton support chat with an agent who took control of my pc and he could not solve the problem either. So he copied some of my log files and said he would need to escalate this issue - they would be back in touch in 48 hours.
during my test today. I had AntiTrack install freeze on blank screen. After a while I ended the task via Task Manager…and then AntiTrack install seemed okay. Then I proceeded to post my comments.
