Problem locating subscription information

I would love to download but since I can't find my key code if I wrote it down and do not know how to get it.  My computer is currently unprotected and I would like to get it reinstalled ASAP.

 

How do I get my key code since I paid for it and downloaded it online?

Are you referring to the Activation Key? Or your password to the http://www.mynortonaccount.com site? If the former, you can retrieve the Activation Key information from the http://www.mynortonaccount.com site. If the latter, you can contact our Customer Support Team to retrieve the information:
