i have problem reinstalling the Norton AntiVirus (3-User) because i lost my CD. but i still have my product serial and key in my norton account. The problem is i forgot what kind of product i got and if i get the trial version here in the site.. can i use my product serial and key. i dont know if it 2007 or 2008. but i starting to download 2008. did anyone know that the i can really use my serial and key in the trial version.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by that! Do you mean you do not know if you got Norton AntiVirus or Internet Security or N360? Surely you can access one of the computers it is on and determine which it is. If you look in Help / About it will give you the full version number which will tell people here what year version it is.
When you first installed from the CD did you open a Norton Account and register the installations there? If so that contains your KEY and will confirm to Norton that you are a valid user.
If your earlier subscription for the 3 user version is still in force (ie within a year of first installing the first copy since that dates all three installations OR if you have paid to renew your subscription) then you can download the trial version even if it is more recent than the one you have and it will either pick up the KEY from your machine, if you are reinstalling on the same machine and have not reformatted the drive, or when it asks for your key you say to it that you want to use an existing key and input that one.
