Problem Statement:
Prior to April 1, 2021, there existed no difficulty in opening Norton's Password Manager from the Windows 10 Edge Internet program.
As of April 1, 2021, when clicking on (enacting) the Windows 10 Edge screen's Norton Password Manger sign in icon, the following Norton Screen is displayed (this is not a normal program operation):
After entering my email address then inputted the proper Username-Password and "I Not a Robot" verification completed -- for nine consecutive attempts, the program will either re-ask to input Username and Password and/or display an error message.
Attempt #10 actually resulted in displaying the intended (proper) Norton's Password Manager sign-in screen. [Note: The sign-in process operated properly.]
