Problem since 2/28/2016 - Norton working on computer but not showing

So as of February 2/28/2016 Norton Family acts like it's still blocking / working for my son but the software hasn't logged anything since this time (if I go to the website logs).  I have tried turning off blocking for his account, his computer, and turning it back on and it doesn't show that it's connected in the web.  Although on the computer itself I get blocked sites, and it acts like it's still working.

Also when it blocks anything since 2/28 I am not receiving e-mails anymore as well.  I need a solution to be able to get this working again, thanks!
