Problem to subscribe again with a preferential rate

I am 5 days away from canceling my Norton subscription and I have been offered a Norton offer to subscribe again with a preferential rate. However, when I strictly follow the procedure to renew the subscription according to the offer proposed, it does not result in payment (message “200 ok” is displayed without purpose). Has anyone encountered this situation and found a solution? Thank you in advance.
